❗ All Sales Are Final for Made-to-Order Items

As most of our products are made-to-order or printed on demand by our Australian print partners, we do not offer change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is placed.

Please double-check product details, sizes, and shipping info before confirming your purchase.


💔 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’re here to help.

  • Email us at info@theforestsfamiliar.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the fault is verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the item and circumstances.


📦 Missing or Lost Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please:

  1. Check your tracking link(s) provided via email.

  2. Contact Australia Post if there's a delay or delivery issue.

📬 Return Address

If a return is authorised (e.g. for a faulty product), we’ll provide the appropriate return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we cannot process unauthorised returns.


🧾 Refunds (if applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
